My parents came for a visit and the first day they were there my Dad decided that Sam should have had a party for his birthday. So we ran to the store and got some decorations, and I made a pecan pie and my mom made him vanilla bean ice cream.
Then we kept a careful watch and surprised him when we walked in the door from work!
