Sleeping Lilly

A few months ago Lilly stopped taking naps on a regular basis.  I was so sad about this, but it did make bed time a lot easier, so we decided to go with it.
Now she just passes out every now and then and Sam and I think it is so funny, so we have been taking pictures of her asleep all over the place.  It is usually on the couch because she finally slows down for two seconds to watch a show and then can't help it any longer and just falls asleep.

 Sometimes Grandma Wendy joins her!

Lilly often falls asleep in her car seat. One time she got in the car 30 minutes or so before we needed to go to have lunch with Sam (I thought she was playing with Grace). When I found her she was in the car buckled into her seat belt with the doors locked and the keys inside and she had fallen asleep!  I was freaking out and long story short the local police chief showed up to get Lilly out.

This is on the airplane on our flight to Boise. She slept for most of it!

 At Grandma Wendy's house.
I had been trying to wake her up...but she just couldn't manage to get out of bed all the way before falling asleep again!

In my arms at the movie theater.

In the stroller at the airport on our way back to PA.

And this one is from yesterday.  We had a Labor Day BBQ with our ward, and we came home for a little break before we were going to head over to our towns celebration called All Home Days.  But Lilly passed out just before we were ready to go, so we decided to wait a few hours and let her sleep.

I really don't like it anymore when Lilly does fall asleep during the day because it means she will be up till 10 or 11 at night....but I can't bring myself to wake her up, because she just looks so peaceful and sweet!
...and I know that the damage is already done, and she is going to stay up late anyways, so we might as well get an hour or so of quiet while we can!

I love all the pictures. I too was sad when my girls gave up their naps...less me time.
