First Days for Lilly.

Lilly had her first day of Preschool 9/4/13.   She was so excited to go to school just like Grace, and she kept telling everyone that she was going to ride the bus too!  ....It was hard to break it to her that she didn't get to ride the bus and I would be driving her, but she was excited to go none the less.

Lilly also went to her first day of dance class on 9/9/13.  All last year she would watch Grace's class and dance along, she was so thrilled that it was her turn this year!  She even sat in the circle right were Grace always sits....right next to Miss Vickie!

 Halfway through the warm up, Lilly noticed me sitting across the room on a bench watching her.  She stopped what she was doing started hopping up and down and called out, "Look Mommy!!  I'm doing it!!"  She was so please that she got to be out there.  The teachers all got a chuckle out of it and then Mrs. Treon said, "Yes, you are Lilly and you need to keep doing it!"

I am so proud of Lilly and happy for her.  She is growing up WAY to fast.  Especially because she is so independent and watches everything Grace does and wants to do it also.  I feel like I have two 5 year olds instead of a 3 and 5 year old.  I keep asking her if she will stop growing and stay little for me.  She always shakes her head and says, "No.  I want to be big like Gracie!"
