Disney Cruise 2015 Day 1.

I went on a cruise with my parents and the girls this last February.  I had a photo book printed of the pictures we took on the ship, so I didn't put any on here, but I was looking through my emails today and ran across some letters I wrote to Sam about our vacation.  I want to remember those memories, so I am going to post them on here.

Today started off pretty boring and obnoxious. When you have to wait half the day to start your adventure, and three little girls are anxious to get going and wake up before 6 am it's hard to be stuck in a hotel room with them.

Last night when my parents got in we had some pizza and took the girls swimming. We all got in the hot tub because the big pool was freezing. But Grace and Lilly ended up swimming in there too. They are so crazy. They even convinced Grandpa to join them. He jumped in and then jumped right back out. It was so funny, I haven't seen him move that fast in a long time!

I thought staying up late and swimming would wear out the girls, but it didn't seem to work. The were up bright and early and we had no where to go!

When we finally got on board the cruise ship everyone was so happy! We had lunch and put pearl down for a nap with grandpa while my mom and I took Grace and Lilly swimming. They had a great time, those girls really love to swim and their swim lessons are really paying off. They are so comfortable in the water and doing a great job!

We had dinner, and it was delicious. Halfway through Grace and Lilly decided they were done so my mom took them to the kids play area. They had so much fun there. Then my mom came back and we finished or dinner with only Pearl to entertain us, and entertain us she did!
I think of waiter fancies himself a comedian, because he gave pearl a mickey mouse shaped ice cream bar covered in chocolate syrup.....it was Everywhere!!!

After dinner we picked up Grace and Lilly and went to the show l, "the golden mickey" it was an award show for Disney characters, and they had some fun performances. It was so fun to watch the girls' faces. Grace would be animated and excited. Lilly was calm and taking everything in. And Pearl was having a blast! She would sing and dance and point out the things she liked. It was so great!
When we left the show we saw Cinderella, and Grace and Lilly got to meet her and get a picture taken with her. I've never seen Lilly smile so big!
Then we were walking away and found Minnie Mouse. Pearl was determined to give her a hug. "Hug Mouse! HUG MOUSE!" so I got in line with all three girls and pearl kept trying to run a head of people and hug Minnie.
When it was finally her turn she got scared and wouldn't hug her. We got a picture with all of us girls and as we walked away Pearl blew her a kiss. Minnie was so happy it was adorable!

We were about ready to head up to our room when Pearl started dancing to the band that was playing. She was the only kid and it was pretty cute, so we just watched her. Then she noticed another girl about her size and she tried convincing her to dance as well. But she wasn't interested. So Pearl sat down on the steps to the stage and tried getting her little friend to sit by her, but she wouldn't do that either.
The whole seen was pretty funny, and me and my parents we getting a kick out of it. Then I looked over and saw this asian lady video recording pearl. I think pearl is going to be on China's funniest home videos someday.

I was working up a speech for when we got home to convince you to come on a cruise with us. As soon as the boat took off I thought, "Sam has to do this, place is awesome. And totally up his alley." But halfway through dinner my head started spinning a bit and the boat has been rocking and rolling ever since. The curtains for the stage show we saw tonight were just waving back and forth, and I thought, "nope. He can never, ever do this. He would die. " so far we have all been fine. No throwing up yet. But you can feel it way more than I expected. So I will never ask you or try to convince you to do this. It would make you suicidal.

I love you so much and miss you like crazy.
