Last year Sam's sister, Sherri gave us this awesome pumpkin turkey kit. But before I knew it Thanksgiving was over and we never put it together. So this year it was the first November FHE we had. The girls loved it....and Sam put up with it!
Secretly I think he had a great time, but tries really hard to keep that under wraps.

The day after I put it together Lilly decided it need more color. As she has also deemed necessary for every other surface in our house as well.
I had plans of letting the girls paint and when they went to bed I was going to repaint their feathers so they looked perfect. Sam insisted that I leave them alone. I am grateful he did because I already look at them and smile and I know in a few short years the feathers that Grace and Lilly did will be my favorite ones!
