Formal Dining Room

I finally did another room!  The formal dining room. We don't use this room very often, but I'm glad we have it. This is where we eat Sunday dinner and entertain company, but like I said we don't use it that often because we are still working on the whole finding company to entertain thing, and the poor missionaries are a captured audience!

This is a picture I took of the living room and dining room when we first looked at the house.  The living room is currently a the girls playroom/ my room to store stuff we still aren't sure what to do with yet!  After we finish our basement the girls toy room will move down there and then I will put together a living room.  So for now you only get to see the dining room.

Before

We replaced the carpet in the living room and put L.V.T (luxury vinyl tile) in the dining room, and I had the back two walls painted green.  I love the way the colors work with all the wood in that room. Speaking of wood in the room, you probably noticed, I had our contractor take out the rails and put in half walls.  I loved the idea of separating the rooms, but keeping it open still.
