Eloise made a bunch of these hats, and we convinced A.J. one would look great on him!
"Do you think we'll catch anything today?"
"Yup!"
Karen, and her king salmon.
Emily (aka the uni-bomber) and her king salmon
this is my 32" salmon. Later that day I caught a 40" one, and a few days later I won the derby with a 43"er.
Right before our first meal at the lodge. We had no idea how good they would be.
"I caught something, but I don't want to keep it."
A.J. , Sherri, Karen, Me, Susie
Our last day, and we were a little worn out, and somehow wearing blue!
On the boat ready to head out for the day.
A.J.'s 41.5" king
Ellie's char.
Sockeye Salmon
As you can tell they were really hard to catch because they were so far away from us, and really scattered in the water....not.
Emily, Sherri, and me
I caught two char at one time, with only one hook.
Awesome, right?
Roommates!
Out on a hike.
Soaking up the Alaskan sun.
