Grandpa A.J. and Grandma Susie came to visit.

We had a wonderful time having Grandma Susie and Grandpa A.J. come visit us last week.  They brought Sam's Uncle Bob and Aunt Eloise too, so it was a party!!

We went to the covered bridge festival at Knoebles

Another day we went to Intercourse, Pa.  Seriously, that is what it is really called!  It is an Amish town with a lot of fun shops.  The girls had a blast playing at the park nearby too.

When Grace was at school one day and Bob and Ellie were visiting his sister the rest of is went to the market in Lewisburg and then to the park nearby to feed the ducks.

 Lilly didn't understand why they kept chasing her.  One duck wouldn't stop, he really wanted some bread.  So Lilly was running away yelling at him, and just followed along!  It was so funny.  So I had to teach her to walk towards them and they would back up.

 She liked to stomp at them instead.

 Chucking the bread as far as she could.

 

 Poor Pearl rarely got in a good nap, we kept dragging her around all over the place.  She would fall asleep for 20-30 minutes here and there while we would drive in the car.  But then she would be happy and ready to set out on our adventure with us.

In this picture Pearl fell asleep while drinking her bottle.  She never does this because I usually feed her when she fist wakes up, but days on end of crazy naps will just wear a baby out!

We had so much fun on all of our outings.  We love having anyone come visit, but grandparents are always the best!
