"Swimmy Swimmy"

It's story time. So get excited!

When I was a little girl, from about the age of 3-7 I was obsest with my swim suits. I would wear them any time I had the chance, I would try to sneak them under my clothes, I would ALWAYS pack them for slumber parties....Just in case we decided to go swimming, you never know and a girl always has to be prepared! I would even do this in the dead of winter I loved them so much.

So yesterday when a package came with Grace and Lilly's new matching swimsuits I couldn't resist showing it to Grace. Apparently she has the same appreciation for swim suits as I did, because she insisted that I try it on her, and refused to take it off. When I would try so she could eat dinner, or go over to the neighbors house so I could run a quick errand, she would cry and say, "No Mamma! My Swimmy Swimmy!" I touched that special place in my heart that only a little girls swim suit can, and I couldn't make her do it. So she was in 7th Heaven all evening. And I got a few pictures of her strutting her stuff in the kitchen. She would march down to the end, and then strike a pose, run back to look at it, and then do it all over again.

I caught one of her walking down! So cute!

These two are her favorite!

Oh man, I love this girl!

Oh man does that bring back memories. I remember helping you take off shirts or something so you could go to bed and be so surprised to find your swimsuit under your clothes. Alisha really did love her swimsuit!
