Sunday Dresses

I made Grace and Lilly matching dresses before Lilly was born. I made Grace's a size 3T so that she could wear it next spring, but after I finished I tried it on her and it fit now. So this last week has been unusually warm (70-80) so I decided to have them wear their matching dresses while they still could, even though Lilly's is still a little bit too big for her. I really love how they turned out. Although I still need to find a slip for grace's dress...or make one. I just haven't decided which one yet. Anyways, here's some pics of my latest sewing project. I really am quite proud. And once again, thank you mom for walking me through every step.

We tried to get a picture of the two of them together, and this is the best I could get. Lilly had been eating, but I took her bottle away for the picture, and she wasn't too happy with me.

I tried doing Grace's hair curly for church, but I think it just turned out looking messy. Oh well.

Grace wanted her picture taken before she had gotten ready and was still in her pj's. She really is looking so grown up to me. I'm in a constant denial about it, but when I see her in pictures I just can't deny it any longer.

They look very cute in their dresses, and I agree Grace is leaving the toddler look and is now a little adorable girl.
